If you prefer, you can also order 24 hours a day via FAX. Please download, print, and fill out our express order form and FAX to 1-508-632-4659.

Mail Orders

You can also place your order via regular mail. Return our printable order form in a standard #10 envelope. Please make sure any enclosed checks or money orders are secure.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as money orders and personal checks. No C.O.D.s please. Please call, mail, or FAX your order if you wish to pay by check or money order.

However, sometimes fit issues do occur due to the nature of trying to fit everything under the sun. When that happens, we want our customers to be confident that we will take care of them.

How It Works ?

Our guarantee to you is that each and every product you buy will fit the item you bought it for. If it doesn’t, just contact us within 30 days of receiving the cover, send it back to us, and we will exchange it for the correct size. If we do not have a product to fit, we will process a refund for the original purchase price.

Most orders are shipped via FedEx, Ontrac or UPS Ground and must be shipped to a street address. At this time, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Our standard shipping prices apply to all items that show “Standard Shipping.” on the website. Some products have a special shipping price listed for oversized, heavy or truck freight items. You may also view a map that breaks down Ground Shipping for the continental U.S. Shipping times may vary. Most items ship from our distribution center in Michigan, but occasionally at item will ship directly from one of our suppliers to expedite delivery. All confirmed regular stock orders received by 3 p.m. Pacific Time are shipped the same day. Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours. Shipping times may vary on custom or made to order items. Please call or e-mail to check the status or shipping times for a specific item. Expedited freight options are also available.

Duties and Taxes: There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that are not reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country.

Orders over $300.00 going outside of North America may be required to send verification of identity including a copy of a government issued identification card and copies of both sides of the credit card being used for the order, prior to any processing. Warranty
